The report is a national assessment of Canada’s implementation of commitments made since the first World Summit for Social Development (WSSD1) in Copenhagen 1995, the WSSD2 in Doha 2025, and the 2030 Agenda with the Sustainable Development Goals. The report reveals a 30-year gap between Canada’s global commitments and domestic action and outlines a rights-based path forward.
