York U launches dining survey to enhance campus experience

York University Food and Vending Services is inviting all University community members to participate in the York University Dining Survey.

The survey is part of York University's ongoing commitment to enhance the campus dining experience and aims to gather insights into the quality and variety of food, services and overall satisfaction at various residence and retail locations operated by YU Eats.

Community feedback is crucial to help Food and Vending Services understand preferences and areas for improvement.

The survey will focus on the following YU Eats-run locations:

  • Residence: Stong and Winters dining halls
  • Bergeron Centre: The Market
  • Central Square: cafeteria, Pizza Pizza, Starbucks, Subway, Tim Hortons
  • Centre for Film & Theatre: Starbucks
  • Curtis Lecture Hall: Booster Juice
  • Lassonde Building: Palgong Tea
  • Osgoode Hall Law School: Osgoode Bistro
  • Victor Philip Dahdaleh Building: Tim Hortons
  • William Small Centre: Tim Hortons
  • Glendon Campus: Marché

Participation in the survey is voluntary, and all responses will be kept confidential. The survey should take no more than 10 minutes to complete. The survey is available in French.

As an incentive, participants can enter to win one of three $200 Flex Dollars (students) or one of three $100 Flex Dollars (staff and faculty) on their YU Card by providing their name and email address at the end of the survey.

Community feedback is invaluable in helping York University create a a better dining experience for everyone on campus.
