
A synopsis of the 488th meeting of the Board of Governors of York University, held on Feb. 25, is now available to be viewed.
During the meeting, President and Vice-Chancellor Rhonda Lenton updated the Board on items of significance, including the School of Medicine and progress on administrative projects necessary to align the University’s expenses with revenues as approved by the Board and reflected in the current three-year rolling budget.
Financial sustainability project updates included progress on the York U Forward Action Plan, performance-based funding metrics in the new Strategic Mandate Agreement with the Government of Ontario and actions that respond to the Auditor General of Ontario’s Value for Money Audit 2023.
