Dear York community,
As we approach the holiday season, and as I near the end of my term as president and vice-chancellor, I am reflecting on the strength, resilience and compassion that define the people of our community. Throughout this past year, and throughout my time in this role, you have inspired me with your dedication to our shared values and your commitment to creating positive change.
This season offers a meaningful moment to pause, reflect and acknowledge the many contributions of our students, faculty, course instructors, staff, alumni, donors and community and government partners. I want to express my sincere appreciation to each of you for the ways you advance York’s mission and support one another.
