The York University community is invited to participate in activities May 4 to 9 during Safety and Health Week, an international initiative that emphasizes the significance of health and safety in every aspect of our lives.
York University is uniting with organizations across North America to enhance awareness about the importance of preventing injuries and illnesses in workplaces, homes and communities. This event continues to support York’s health and well-being strategies, policies and collective actions that create supportive and empowering environments for all members of the community.
A series of events and activities are available throughout the week. Faculty, staff and instructors are encouraged to participate individually or as a team to strengthen their sense of community and a shared commitment to health and safety.
