The conference will be held at Osgoode Professional Development Centre, 1 Dundas St. W., 26th floor, Toronto.<\/p>\n<p>Key issues and decisions to be discussed include:<\/p>\n<ul type=\"disc\">\n<li>Noteworthy 2010 Supreme Court of Canada constitutional decisions<br \/>\nand their implications,<\/li>\n<li>The 30th anniversary of the <em>Patriation Reference.<\/em><\/li>\n<li>Impact of the <em>Charter<\/em> on the press and investigative journalism.<\/li>\n<li>The \u201cinterrogation trilogy,\u201d the bail hearing publication ban, the <em>Assisted Human Reproduction Act Reference<\/em>, and other significant issues and decisions.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Co-chaired by Osgoode Hall Law School Professors Jamie Cameron and Bruce Ryder, the conference will get underway at 9:05am with an overview by constitutional law expert Patrick Monahan, vice-president academic and provost of York University, of last year\u2019s Supreme Court constitutional decisions<strong>.\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The luncheon keynote address \u2013 \u201cR\u00e9flexions on Patriation\u201d delivered by J.J.
