It\u2019s lacking interest from the builders\u2019 side to build for the long-run. They are thought through for 20 or 30 years, but 10 years in they already start to leak. But Osgoode Hall Law School Professor <strong>Alan Young<\/strong> says it is unusual to keep the victim\u2019s family in the dark. \u201cNormally what you think would happen would be that they would have a private and confidential meeting with the family and give them the information they require for closure on an undertaking that the family keep this quiet because there\u2019s some investigative need to not disclose this,\u201d said Young in the <em>Toronto Star <\/em>June 14. <a href=\"http:\/\/www.thestar.com\/news\/gta\/2014\/06\/14\/dellen_millard_case_laura_babcocks_body_not_recovered_in_ontario.html\">Read full story<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/www.macleans.ca\/politics\/ottawa\/the-new-prostitution-law-is-a-tough-sell-but-likely-is-constitutional\/\">Canada\u2019s new prostitution law is a tough sell<\/a><br \/>\n<strong>Alan Young<\/strong>, a professor at York University\u2019s Osgoode Hall Law School in Toronto, argues prostitutes are unlikely to sell sex out of their homes \u2013 or wouldn\u2019t succeed if they tried \u2013 because johns will fear being caught there. \u201cPurchasers simply won\u2019t want to go to locations where they will be sitting targets for law enforcement,\u201d said Young in <em>Maclean\u2019s<\/em> June 13. \u201cThey will prefer to be moving targets, which is weird, because that encourages street prostitution, which is the only thing we know Canadians don\u2019t want. The Liberals moved from 37 to 38 per cent of the popular vote, while the Tories grabbed 31 per cent of the vote and the NDP 24 per cent. \u201cIt isn\u2019t really that amazing a victory when we start to drill down into the numbers,\u201d Pilon told CTV News Channel June 13. \u201cThey improved their popular vote by only about one per cent. So we\u2019re still talking about a distinct minority of Ontarians endorsing the Liberals.
