He is also the Kaneff Research Chair in Advanced Robotics and Mechatronics.<\/p>\n<p>His research interests include robotics and mechatronics, high performance parallel robotic machine development, micro\/nano manipulation and MEMS devices and rehabilitation and rescue robots.<\/p>\n<p>The American Society of Mechanical Engineers promotes the art, science and practice of multidisciplinary engineering and allied sciences around the globe.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Lassonde School of Engineering Professor Dan Zhang has been elected as Fellow in the American Society of Mechanical Engineers.
