As part of the overall strategy for continuous service improvement, the Information Technology Department is launching a customer satisfaction survey.<\/p>\n
IT is seeking feedback from the York University community. Through your feedback, we hope to learn how you like our service, and where we have opportunities to serve you better.<\/p>\n
Starting Tuesday, Sept. 12<\/strong>, when community members receive their IT ticket resolution email, they will also receive an embedded link to the customer satisfaction survey. Everyone is encouraged to take a minute to complete the survey and provide feedback.<\/p>\n Survey responses will contribute to Information Technology\u2019s planning efforts to improve service quality and processes.<\/p>\n The survey is very short and will take approximately one minute to complete. The survey responses will only be viewed by Information Technology leadership.
