Your T4 \/ T4A slip for the 2024 taxation year will be available on or before Feb. 28, 2025, on <a href=\"https:\/\/hrselfserve.yorku.ca\">HR Self Serve<\/a>, accessed through your employee Passport York account.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Important for first-time users<\/strong>:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>If you have never logged into HR Self Serve, you need to do so before Dec. 31, 2024.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Setting up a Passport York account<\/strong>: Anyone who does not have an employee Passport York account\u00a0will first need to create one to access HR Self Serve. Instructions can be found at <a href=\"https:\/\/www.yorku.ca\/uit\/faculty-and-staff-services\/passport-york\/#new-employees\">yorku.ca\/uit\/faculty-and-staff-services\/passport-york\/#new-employees<\/a>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>If you have difficulty setting up your Passport York account, please email <a href=\"mailto:askit@yorku.ca\">askit@yorku.ca<\/a>\u00a0or call 416-736-5212 and select option 1.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>T4 \/T4A slips will be mailed to the home address on file of people who are no longer employed by York University or are on a leave of absence when issued in February.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Need help?<\/strong>\u00a0If you have any questions or concerns about accessing your T4 \/ T4A slip or pay statements, please email <a href=\"mailto:hrhelp@yorku.ca\">hrhelp@yorku.ca<\/a>\u00a0or leave a voice message at 416-736-5212, option 4.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Voir la version fran\u00e7aise In support of York University\u2019s sustainability initiatives, Employment T4 and T4A slips will no longer be issued in paper form.
