Theatre Glendon <\/FONT><\/A>presents La Le\u00e7on <\/EM>by Eug\u00e8ne Ionesco Feb. 3-5.<\/P>
\n

For her last university production, York student Esther Wolf wanted to direct a piece that seemed serious. La Le\u00e7on<\/I> was the perfect dark, yet absurd, text Wolf could turn into entertainment. Who said Ionesco had to be scary? Even though the social and political climate has changed very much since Ionesco's time, some human misbehaviours are timeless. And Wolf uses physical theatre and clowning to make fun of them. Come see Ionesco like you've never seen him before.<\/P>
