Fifty-eight per cent said they believe Canadian companies would sell more outside of North American markets if they had a better image for social and environmental responsibility.<\/p>\n<p>\"The evidence is that such an approach would be especially effective in non-US markets,\" says <a href=\"http:\/\/www.schulich.yorku.ca\/ssb-extra\/faculty.nsf\/d3344026438b8e3885256b1800688b5c\/28a5d4a3b0390f9b85256b180068b7aa?OpenDocument\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Prof. David Wheeler<\/a> of York\u2019s <a href=\"http:\/\/www.schulich.yorku.ca\/ssb-extra\/ssb.nsf?open\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Schulich School of Business<\/a>, commenting on the survey he
