We have archived the first hundred documents identified by our research on HDRNet, our virtual library, in the archive entitled Gender perspectives from the Global South.  Some of these materials are in print form and are available with us where we have been successful in acquiring them. If you are interested in any of these, you can write to the organizations directly or write to us. When visiting this archive, please also take a moment to visit our other topic areas, including a broader theme on Gender and human development which archives gender-related material from many different sources.

In so far as our resources have permitted, we have acquired these articles through our contacts with researchers and organizations located in the South (please click here for acknowledgements). In that sense, the inventory is a collective endeavour, and will thrive only if it remains so. We hope that you will continue to send us suggestions and material. We will update you on a regular basis about the status of the project.
