Reimbursement of travel costs:
Hi everyone!
You may now send me your travel preliminary information in regards to the DLI National training day ( June 2- 3, 2014) taking place at Ryerson University, at the Oakam House in Toronto, ON.
We also require that you complete the travellers profile registration form, as we now have a new system that has replaced Axcess voyage and additional information is required, such are your date of birth.
All transportation (eg. plane, train, bus) will be prepaid by the Travel Center of Expertise using this new system.
Once you have submitted me your preliminary information and the profile requirement, we will then complete a Travel authority request for the approval process. Upon receiving this approval, the travel Centre of Expertise, will contact you with your itinerary of choice for your final approval before the actual booking is made, and the ticket is issued to you.
Please note that there are 2 options to fill out in the preliminary info, as this will allow us some flexibility to insure the best departure and return time are selected for your itinerary of choice.
As a DLI contact and participant all related transportation will be reimbursed, this includes taxi expenses, Km’s and parking to and from your residence. For the coordinators and presenters, all expenses will be covered by DLI, please find details on the Group reservation that I have made to allow you to receive the government rate. This is essential for the reimbursement process.

You may make your Hotel reservation using this booking portal, all guess rooms will be held until May 23rd, 2014. After this date, any unused portion of the block will be release for general sale or you may make your individual booking by calling in.
