Reviews and Numerical Ratings

2 No sociological analysis. Could be used to demonstrate how work on violence against women ignores the systemic nature of domestic violence & instead attempts to change individuals. This critique would have to occur in the classroom. Lecture topic: violence against women. Riley Olstead & Yota Vassou

4 Very good video. I liked the personal reflections of the two women. In-depth personal stories gave depth and insight to a topic which is difficult to organize a seminar around. I would use this video for my class if the topic was on Violence, Women and Families (for example). I found the therapist a bit annoying but on the whole I thought it was a good video. Lina Samuel
