There should be an easy access FAQ link and the library should also integrate something similar to "ask a student expert" on the main page to make it easy to find content on the library site.   Agree Agree Agree Neither agree nor disagree I like how some options appear when you need them after doing a search. It gets rid of unnecessary buttons to look at and click on. The "Catalogue Help" page is an eye sore. The information needs to be organized in a way not to intimidate the user from reading the help section. A better graphical layout and use of appropriate type will encourage users to read that section of the page.   Neither agree nor disagree Strongly Disagree Neither agree nor disagree Agree Agree       Good Since a lot of important info is contained on the left hand navigation section, the following should be added to it: Undergraduates Graduate Students Faculty Alumni & Visitors and the right hand navigation should contain: Support the Library Ask a librarian   Undergraduate Student   Health Steacie Science & Engineering Library Once a week Yes hinda@yorku.ca   Yes Listen to music, Take pictures, Text I watch videos on YouTube.
