My research lies at the intersection of works of G. Brownell, D. Chesler, the late T.E. Cheatham, A-L. Brownell, K. Kwong (Harvard), B. Horn, R. Brooks, J. Shah and D. Mumford and has lead to several broad, but related research agendas. My research program reflects the essential interplay between the theory and practice of information theory, algorithms, control theory and machine vision. Presently, I am privileged to be working with A-L. Brownell (Harvard), D. Chesler (Harvard), G. Brownell (MIT), K. Canales (MIT Lincohn Lab), I. Chen (Harvard), J. Anderson (Harvard), K. Kwong (Harvard), X. Gu (Harvard), G. Lachiver (Sherbrooke), T. Shoup (Harvard), and R. Schwartz (CMU). I hope to work soon with members of the Center for Vision Research at York University as an affiliated Faculty. My wonderful friends Glenn Holloway (Harvard), William Ang (Tech Square Inc.), and Lamine Diatta assist me freely - when asked - with system issues and program debuggings.
This link: "short research summary" gives an overview of my current work, in conjunction with co-workers and friends. A Canadian & US citizen, I am educated in English and in French. My work is currently supported by the National Institutes of Health (NIH) and the US Army. |
