Clarification on two readings

Hi.  Just to clarify a couple of issues that students raised with me:

1.    In the Week 8 Supplemental Readings, there is a case included called Smurfit-MBI v. Paperworkers.  That should not be there as i did not assign it this term.  You can ignore it.

2.   For Week 10, on the Charter of Rights and Freedoms, I indicated in my post for that lecture that you do not need to know the material on (1) Freedom of Expression and (2) Equality Rights.  That means that you are only responsible for pages 1-17 of the Supplemental Reading for Week 10, and not the materials after Page 17.
