York's annual Graduate & Professional Studies Expo provides students with an opportunity to explore educational institutions and special programs. Promote your educational opportunities to York students and answer their questions about future learning options by exhibiting.

Educator Information Sessions
If you are from a graduate, technical, commercial or professional institution and are interested in letting York students know about your educational programs, one effective means might be to host an information session on York’s campus.
The Career Centre will reserve a presentation room for representatives from your institution to hold a presentation/networking session about your educational programs for your target population. The fee for hosting an educator information session is $175.00 plus taxes.
To request a session, please complete the online Educator Information Session Request Form. Please submit your request far in advance as the space is scheduled on a first come, first served basis.
A Career Centre representative will respond to your inquiry within two business days. Every effort will be made to accommodate your request, however, space is limited. If we are unable to accommodate your request, we will refer you to the Office of University Events and Community Relations to inquire about other available spaces on campus.
Once your session is scheduled, the Career Centre will assist you with:
- Reserving a presentation room
- Arranging for your audio visual needs
- Advertising your event:
- On our website
- On our online calendar
- Through targeted emails.
