How the Career Centre promotes employer activities on-campus:
- Student e-newsletter sent monthly to over 26,000 students registered with the Career Centre
- Community e-newsletter sent monthly to over 300 key contacts within York's faculty, staff and student clubs who work directly with students and new grads and include: Faculty representatives, College Masters, Residence Life Coordinators, Student Services departments, Alumni Relations, and many more.
- York Events Calendar
- Y-File daily e-newsletter for faculty, staff and students
- Career Centre's Online Calendar which is the most visited page on the Career Centre's website
- Career Centre's online system through which students can sort types of activities by keywords and/or organization name and register online
- Career Centre portlet which students can view on the York Student Portal
- Targeted e-mails sent to relevant student cohorts for activities such as recruitment sessions and industry-specific panel discussions
- Weekly Calendar displayed on the bulletin board outside the Career Centre and at the Career Centre's main reception desk
- Announcements during Career Centre workshops and other activities

In addition to the Career Centre's programs and services, there are a number of ways through which you can promote your organization to York University students and new grads, such as advertising in the student newspaper or through radio announcements, exhibiting in the Student Centre or putting posters up in areas of high student traffic or targeting students through their clubs and organizations.
