Neuroscience Faculty Members at York

York University has nearly 40 neuroscience faculty members, mainly housed in the departments of Psychology, Kinesiology and Health Sciences, and Biology. These investigators use diverse approaches to neuroscience, including computational modeling, event-related potentials, brain imaging (fMRI, PET, MEG), animal neurophysiology, psychophysics, kinematics, transcranial magnetic stimulation, and molecular and cellular techniques. This occurs mainly at York, as well as through extensive local and international collaborations with hospitals and other universities.
