Step 2. Fill in Attendee Information and Submit Abstract: Attendee Information & Abstract Submission
Submission closes on May 20th, 2026 at 11:59pm EST
Notifications of accepted abstracts will be received via email by the end of May
Step 1: Register and Complete Payment

- 1 per person, please register individually
- Indicate whether you are registering as a Trainee ($30 + HST) or Principal Investigator ($55 + HST)
- Fill in payment information and place order
Step 2: Fill in Attendee Information and Submit Abstract (if applicable)
- Click on the link above to open the Attendee Information and Abstract Submission Form (Attendee Information & Abstract Submission)
- Fill in Name, Organization and Career Stage (additional questions will appear once you have filled in answers)
Abstract Submission Guidelines:
- Choose what type of abstract you are submitting
- Proposal
- Full Project
- 3MT® Competition (if not accepted, will be considered for a poster)
- Prepare a title and abstract
- Abstract must be less than 3,000 characters
- Please use the following format, for:
- Proposals: Background, Methods, Expected Outcomes
- All others: Background, Methods, Results, Discussion
- Select a category that best fits your research:
