My role as a researcher and the resident anthropologist at TD Bank is to provide a sociocultural lens to our design research practice at TD Bank. Our role as design researchers is to provide data to inform and provide evidence-based design. Design can range from designing new experiences for our employees and customers, designing what the future of online banking looks like, understanding lived experiences of specific customer groups to best design a solution or experience that works for them.
