Customer Success Manager, Channel Partners and Agencies, Google
Philosophy, Bachelor of Arts (BA) 2013

Alessandro is an accomplished IT professional, having spent over a decade in virtually every facet of tech, from support and web design to cartoon animation and game development. Alessandro is currently employed as a Customer Success Manager at Google. He has a diploma in Systems Analysis from Sheridan College and a philosophy degree from York University with a concentration in AI. Alessandro is a frequent contributor in Philosophy Now Magazine and has been published in York University's philosophical review. He also co-authored a book entitled Becoming Artificial (becomingartificial.com). In his spare time, Alessandro enjoys spending time outdoors with his family or playing drums in one of his many jazz bands.

During my time studying philosophy at York University, I was required to write a great deal and think critically. This has greatly improved my ability to communicate effectively in writing and to interact with others face-to-face.

University provided me with the opportunity to meet a large number of people, many of whom came from very different backgrounds from your own. When I entered the workplace, I found this ability to meet people and socialize invaluable.
