I work within the Corporate Information Management Services division for the City of Toronto. In this role I help support and promote the ideal standards for handling how information is shared, migrated and stored within the city.

The BPA program provided concise and clear-cut information about the dos and don'ts of creating policies.
I gained vast knowledge regarding policy analysis which aided me in my current position.
