My educational background, holding a BA Honours in Gender & Women's Studies and Human Rights & Equity Studies, has given me a deeper understanding of the diverse needs of individuals from various backgrounds. I then obtained my Master’s in Social Work from the University of Windsor. I became adept at creating inclusive support strategies that honour individual differences and promote equitable opportunities for all individuals, which has helped me succeed in my current role.
