Professional Writing
The Professional Writing program has many great features. The professors try to understand you and they are here to help and to show you that you don't have to be the next Shakespeare to succeed in the writing field. You are also given room to make mistakes. In this program, one assignment is broken down into many smaller assignments that allow you to experiment with style and voice.
Finally, in the Professional Writing program you are not just writing essays. You are actually doing assignments that require skills needed for the "real world." From memos to podcast scripts, you will be working on projects that can help you build one impressive portfolio.
