Nadia Ciani is the Founder of EnergyXChange Group, an HR consulting and fractional leadership firm, and Co‑Founder of Scale Staffing Team, a growth-focused staffing organization dedicated to helping businesses scale through exceptional talent solutions.

With close to 30 years of experience in Human Resources, including nearly 20 years in executive leadership roles, Nadia has led HR teams across North America in hybrid and fully virtual environments. Her expertise spans the full HR lifecycle, including HR Business Partnering, Talent and Leadership Development, Succession and Workforce Planning, and advanced HR Data and Analytics.

Nadia has played a pivotal role in numerous mergers and acquisitions, leading HR workstreams from due diligence through post‑acquisition integration. She is widely recognized for her ability to transform HR functions into commercially minded, business‑led teams that happen to excel in HR.

A certified executive coach, Nadia has supported countless leaders in achieving clarity, confidence, and sustainable performance. She is also a former board member who has helped shape and influence the staffing industry through strategic leadership and governance.

On a personal level, Nadia is married, is a mother to two daughters and two step‑daughters, and has a deep love of travel.

University was a transformative experience that provided the foundation for my career. The rigorous coursework taught me critical thinking and problem-solving skills, while the diverse projects and group work refined my teamwork and communication abilities. I credit my minor in Philosophy for teaching me how to think critically. Beyond academics, university introduced me to great people, many of which reman friends today.
