Toni-Lynn Raponi is an Associate Vice President, Corporate & Public Affairs at TD Bank Group. In this role, she leads a communication team that supports a network of 20,000+ Canadian Personal Banking colleagues, while elevating TD's brand in our communities. She also leads a team of over 20 translation professionals in Montreal who provide French-language content to TD's employees and customers.

Toni-Lynn has held previous roles where she has successfully applied strong communication, interpersonal and consultative skills to business and strategy-focused roles, including as Chief of Staff to TD's Global Chief Marketing Officer, as well as Customer Experience Strategy. During university, she was also a Manager of Customer Service at a TD Canada Trust Branch, which set the foundation for her more than 15-year career at TD in progressively more senior roles.

Toni-Lynn completed her Honours Bachelor of Arts Degree at York University in History and Communication Studies before completing a postgraduate certificate in Corporate Communications at Seneca College. She is an active member of Girl Guides of Canada and was a participating mentor in York University's inaugural year of the Advancing Women program.
