Tyrone Medley holds a Bachelor degree in Economics from York University and a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) degree from Queens University. He acquired his master's degree in E-Business Law from the Osgoode Hall Law School. Since 2003, Tyrone has been practicing law at various organizations, including Fasken Martineau DuMoulin, Simmons & Simmons, and CIBC, where he provided legal advice on pension schemes, corporate mergers & acquisitions, outsourcings, and plan administration. In his current role as the Senior Counsel at CIBC for the last 11 years, Tyrone has provided legal guidance to internal stakeholders on various matters relating to executive compensation, retirement, and benefit arrangements.
