Vita Di Serio is Vice President, People and Culture at Numeris. In her role, she leads the People Strategy for the three entities of the organization and oversees a national, multi-disciplinary Human Resources team that focuses on the delivery of best in class Human Capital programs and services, including Talent Management, Total Rewards, Change Management and Employee Experience. 

Prior to her current role, Vita held the position of Director, National within People and Culture and over the years, has supported the People and Culture team at Numeris through various roles and capacities.

Vita has a diverse background in Human Resources and has experience in various industries, including hospitality and dental practice management. She holds a B.A. in Sociology from York University and a Post-Graduate Diploma in Human Resources Management from Humber College.
