Will is an experienced corporate lawyer and business executive, with over 27 years of legal practice. After being called to the Ontario Bar, Will co-founded and managed the law firm of Ramjass, Sagara & Baboolal in Toronto, where he practiced for seven years, until his transition in-house as corporate counsel with Tim Hortons and then to McDonald’s Canada. He currently acts as Director and Assistant General Counsel of McDonald’s Canada and had a dual role as the General Counsel of McDonald’s Latin America for two years. Will has provided legal and business leadership within the McDonald’s system for the past 16 years and oversees the internal legal teams responsible for restaurant development/asset management, information technology/digital, and advertising/marketing. Will is also the Co-Chair of The BIPOC Network, a McDonald's employee business network, whose goal is to educate, celebrate and advance the Diversity, Equity and Inclusion values of McDonald's Canada. 
 
On the volunteer side, Will serves on the Board of Directors of Ronald McDonald House Charities Canada and is currently the Chair of the City of Brampton Appeal Tribunal. He is also a volunteer coach with the Law Society’s Coach and Advisor Network Program. Will has been a frequent panelist at the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC) annual Canadian Legal Conference in Toronto, has guest lectured at the University of Toronto Rotman School of Management and has been a panelist and speaker at a variety of professional and community events over the years.
