About

We are a group of researchers from York University and University of Houston Downtown (USA) who have great interests in understanding how 2SLGBTQ+ employees cope with workplace discrimination and make efforts to promote diversity, equity, and inclusion. Canada is proud of our inclusivity of sexual minorities; nonetheless, workplace discrimination against 2SLGBTQ+ individuals is still evident. To better understand the current status of workplace discrimination and to explore how 2SLGBTQ+ employees cope with and change discrimination in their organizations, we conduct multiple research projects sponsored by Social Sciences and Humanities Research Council of Canada.
