With over 10 years’ experience in family law, Janice practices in all areas including custody and parenting plans, child and spousal support, property and equalization, and complex financial issues. With professionalism and integrity, Janice advocates creative and cost-effective solutions for her clients.

Janice has appeared at most levels of the Ontario Courts, including Divisional Court. However, Janice is also well-versed in alternative dispute resolution processes such as negotiation, mediation, and arbitration.

After completing her LLB with accolades from the University of Western Ontario in 2007, Janice was called to the Ontario Bar in 2008.

She is a member of the Durham Region Law Association, York Region Law Association, Association of Chinese Canadian Lawyers of Ontario, Family Law Association, and Ontario’s Family Law Limited Scope Services Project. Janice has also gained recognition as co-author of a paper published for the 12th Annual Family Law Summit in 2018, and in the Canadian Family Law Quarterly.
