Our team is composed of Aida Pasha, our Principal and Managing Lawyer, and her administrative team. Pasha Law offers a client-focused, cost-effective approach to legal issues. As a sole practitioner, Ms. Pasha will accompany you in your legal matter from beginning to end, which will allow her to know the ins and outs of your case as well as getting to know you on a personal level.
Aida Pasha received her Bachelor of Laws from the University of Windsor in 2009 and was called to the Bar of Ontario in 2010. She has an undergraduate degree in Political Science, Psychology and English Literature from Osmania University in India.
While obtaining her law degree, Aida co-mediated approximately 50 disputes with a 97% settlement rate in areas including: family law, residential tenancies, small claims, debt collection, consumer issues and mandatory mediation matters including Victim-Offender diversion. Aida has been the recipient of several awards at the Faculty of law including the Dorothy Waddicor Memorial Award in Alternate Dispute Resolution and the prestigious J. W. Whiteside Award in recognition of outstanding services to the faculty of law, the legal community and the community of Windsor.
After Law School, Aida worked in civil litigation as an Articling Student, where she developed strong civil litigation skills. After having consolidated her knowledge of Civil Procedure, she was later recruited to manage and grow another firm’s family law practice.
Today, she is the Principal Lawyer at her own practice. Aida’s diverse experience, her passion for advocacy and her resolution oriented approach distinguish her providing her clients with a unique advantage. Aida is a member of the Ontario Bar Association, the Peel Law Association and the Ontario Affiliation of Family and Conciliation Courts. Aida speaks Hindi and Urdu and is conversant in Punjabi.
