Since moving to Toronto in 2000, I have worked in mid-sized downtown business law firms. My preferred area of practice is business law with a focus on licensing and franchising matters. I have been involved in a broad range of legal matters from acquisitions to dispute resolutions.

In 2019, with 20 years of legal experience, I established a legal office that provides transparency in fees and is based on effective advocacy and counsel. It was designed to be efficient and cost effective.  I will strive  to  provide personal and collaborative counsel during  all stages of development from entrepreneurial sole proprietor start-up  to mature corporate businesses.

I was admitted to the Ontario Bar in 1999.  I graduated from the University of Western Ontario Faculty of Law in 1997. In addition, I hold a Master  of  Business Administration from Concordia University and a Bachelor of Commerce from McGill University.  In keeping with my business interests, I am also a licensed Real Estate Agent and a registered Trademark Agent.
