I have practiced in family law for over 35 years. I am very experienced in all areas of family including all levels of courts in Ontario. I practice in Toronto, as well as courts in Peterborough, Barrie and outside of Toronto.

I have wide experience in child/spousal support/custody and access and property issues at the OCJ and SCJ as well as in negotiating and drafting agreements.

I have significant experience in the areas of support arrears/ and FRO.

I currently have practiced in the area of child protection for the past 20 years, with extensive trail and court experience.
I am also an accredited family mediator through OAFM, and a qualified CP mediator as well as in openness mediation and litigation.
Finally I have acted as duty counsel/advice counsel.
