Lucia has practiced exclusively in family law since 2013 when she was called to the Ontario Bar. Lucia practices in all areas of family law including parenting, child and spousal support, property division and complex financial issues. Lucia is a trusted advocate who assists clients in a solution-oriented and cost-effective manner.

Her command of the technical aspects of the law, coupled with pragmatic insight into its application, produces effective resolutions for her clients.

In addition to experience as a litigator, Lucia has extensive experience in contract negotiation and drafting, as well as representing clients in alternative dispute resolution processes.

Lucia graduated with a JD from Osgoode Hall Law School in 2012, after receiving an Honours B. Sc. from the University of Toronto. She is a member of the Family Law Association, Ontario’s Family Law Limited Scope Services Project, Durham Region Law Association, York Region Law Association, and Association of Chinese Canadian Lawyers of Ontario.
