Misha’s practice encompasses all areas of family law, from property division and income disputes to support issues and custody matters. His client-first approach has led to success at all levels of Court in Ontario including the Superior Court of Justice and the Court of Appeal. Misha also regularly resolves cases through alternative dispute resolution, including mediation and arbitration.

Following his Call to the Ontario Bar in 2019, Misha practised as an associate at a leading boutique family law firm in Toronto. He holds a Master of Laws from Osgoode Hall Law School and a Bachelor of Laws from the University of Kent. Prior to law school, he attended Ryerson University where he studied business management and philosophy.

Driven by a commitment to social justice, Misha approaches each case with empathy, integrity, and a resolve to guide his clients through the emotional and legal complexities of separation and divorce. Beyond law, Misha finds solace in travel adventures with his wife and rejuvenation through running and cycling.
