Sebastian practices exclusively in the area of family law. His litigation experience includes property claims, decision-making/access disputes, and child/spousal support issues. Sebastian frequently attends the Superior Court; however, he is skilled in alternative dispute resolution. He particularly enjoys engaging in negotiations that culminate in a domestic contract. He is a member of the Collaborative Practice Durham Region, the Durham Region Lawyers’ Association, and the Advocates’ Society. Sebastian also volunteers at Luke’s Place Pro Bono Legal Clinic.

Sebastian holds a Bachelor of Arts in Justice Studies from Royal Roads University in Victoria, British Columbia and a Bachelor of Laws from Cardiff University in the United Kingdom. Sebastian was called to the Bar of Ontario in 2013. Prior to that, he worked for the leading global reinsurance company in London, England and with a prominent family law lawyer in Vancouver, British Columbia.
