I have been practicing Family law exclusively since my call. I have extensive knowledge regarding issues involving decision-making and parenting time. I have knowledge of procedures in OCJ and SCJ matters. I was a legal aid lawyer in Sarnia from 2019 until 2022. I have prepared documents such as application, urgent motions, motions to change, case conference briefs and settlement conference briefs. I have represented clients in both OCJ and SCJ matters. I have drafted separation agreements as well as pre-nup and provided ILA on previously drafted agreements.
