I was called to the bar in 2016 and have focused strictly on family law with an emphasis on alternatives to litigation. I graduated Osgoode Hall Law School in 2014 with a strong interest in alternative dispute resolution including negotiation, mediation, and collaborative practice.

During my time at Osgoode Hall, I completed the mediation intensive program, and completed several mediations at small claims court in Toronto as part of my training.

Prior to attending law school, I obtained an Honours degree from the University of Toronto, majoring in Women and Gender Studies and Sociology.

Since 2009, I have lived in the heart of Stouffville with my two children, and in 2017 I remarried welcoming my husband and two stepchildren to the fold.

Many of my clients take comfort in the fact that I have been through separation and divorce personally, and that I bring a part of that personal experience to every client matter.

I am a proud member of the Métis community and embrace my Indigenous heritage.
