Ms. Younger is a loving, caring mother to her two teenage sons, whom she describes as her “heartbeat.”

Ms. Younger is a sole practitioner at MariKal Law and got called to the bar in June 2017. Ms. Younger has over 22 years of work experience as a paralegal, legal assistant and lawyer. She has offices in Mississauga, Ontario and Niagara Falls, Ontario.

Ms. Younger has extensive experience assisting partners with capital market deals, M&A transactions and general corporate matters. She worked in a team setting, reviewing and proofreading complex legal documents published on global stock exchanges. She also assisted corporate lawyers while finalizing debt and equity prospectuses.
