Lesley Yang, LLB (Nanjing University) 2023, LLM (NYU) 2025, LLM (Toronto) 2026, is a PhD student at Osgoode Hall Law School. Her research examines how legal institutions structure authority over data and emerging technologies, with particular attention to cross-border rulemaking, regulatory power, and distributive justice. Her academic, research, and professional experience spans Canada, the United States, and China.
