Raphael Cardenas
JD Candidate
Raphael Cardenas is a 2L JD student at Osgoode Hall Law School and a student Research Fellow at IP Osgoode. He has worked with organizations and initiatives involved in the creative industry, including the Osgoode Entertainment & Sports Law Association (ESLA) and Artists’ Legal Advice Services (ALAS) Ontario, and has served as the Sports Editor for the Obiter Dicta newspaper. These commitments reflect his passion for the creative industry, as well as his desire to tackle legal issues pertaining to copyright and IP in the world of entertainment and sports.
