Using design artifacts for understanding, collaboration and decision-making

This presentation will provide an overview and examples of design artifacts (e.g. journey maps, storyboards, UX prototypes) that can be used to create shared understanding, enhance collaboration, and support decision-making. The learning outcome is to develop an awareness of different design artifacts and how they help facilitate the definition and design of solutions and experiences.
