SMS Terms & Conditions (T&Cs) 

Terms of Service 

When you opt-in to the [SMS] service, we will send you a message to confirm your sign-up. Text INFO to 96758 to receive SMS messages from York University. 

Message frequency may vary based on subscriber actions with a maximum of 3 messages/week. 

Text "HELP" (for English) or “AIDE” (for French) to 96758 for help or if you forget thekeywords that are supported. We will respond with instructions on how to use our service as well as how to unsubscribe.

Text “STOP” (for English) or “ARRET” (for French) to 96758 to cancel this service at any time. After you send "STOP" or “ARRET” to us, we will send you a reply message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive messages from us. 

To join again, just sign up as you did the first time, and we will start sending messages to you again.
