Autism diagnosis change questioned by York University study

A study by researchers at York University examining the diagnostic criteria for autism and autism spectrum disorder found that proposed changes will see 81 per cent of children diagnosed using the old criteria also fitted the new diagnosis of autism spectrum disorder, reported the Toronto Star.
