Schulich School of Business earns recognition in global rankings

The Schulich School of Business at York University has earned top-tier placements in five recent global rankings, reinforcing its reputation as one of Canada’s leading business schools and a rising force on the international stage.

Schulich’s Master of Supply Chain Management program was ranked No. 1 in Canada in the 2026 QS Business Master’s rankings. It also ranks the program eighth in North America, and 25th globally. The program also placed among the top 15 worldwide for alumni outcomes – a measure of graduate career success. 

The School’s Master of Marketing program also earned the top ranking in Canada, with a ranking of 11th in North America and 48th globally. This program placed among the top 20 globally for alumni outcomes. 

In PitchBook’s 2025 university rankings, Schulich’s MBA program placed 41st globally for producing venture capital–backed founders. The ranking highlights 91 Schulich alumni who founded 89 companies that collectively raised $757 million USD in venture funding. Schulich and York University also debuted in PitchBook’s undergraduate category, ranking 99th globally. 

Schulich’s MBA program was also recognized among the world’s top 100 by QS, based on criteria such as employability, thought leadership, class and faculty diversity, value for money and alumni outcomes. 

On LinkedIn, Schulich’s MBA program ranked 78th globally for career growth. The ranking, based on data from over one billion LinkedIn members, evaluated schools on job placement rates, career advancement, network strength, leadership potential and gender diversity. Schulich alumni were found to be thriving in business development, finance, operations, sales and marketing, with Toronto, Vancouver and Montreal as the top employment hubs.
