Monstrous Intimacies at 15 is a three-day colloquium bringing together scholars and artists to revisit Monstrous Intimacies: Making Post-Slavery Subjects by Christina Sharpe. The event explores the book’s lasting impact on conversations around racial violence, subjectivity, and Black studies, with a focus on contemporary issues such as national belonging, censorship, and the ongoing legacies of slavery across North America.
